Over the years, New Zealand has accidentally and deliberately introduced invasive species, a great many to the detriment of their natural wildlife. Drastic action is required.
David Reid describes the robust manner in which the New Zealanders, with the agreement and involvement of the population, are saving their endangered species, and the methods used in different habitats including marine and urban environments.
These methods of active conservation on a national scale are now copied worldwide.
